Nourishing Neurodiversity: A Hub for Parents of Autistic Children

Beyond the diagnosis. Beyond the isolation. Discover evidence-based natural strategies and a supportive community that truly understands.

Has your child received an autism diagnosis, only for you to be left with more questions than answers?
Are you feeling overwhelmed, isolated, and desperate for practical, natural ways to support your child’s unique needs?
Do you crave a space where you don’t have to explain, apologize, or feel judged – a community that simply gets it?

You are not alone. In recent years I have worked with many families on a 1:1 basis doing functional testing for their child and developing a personalized health strategy for them. The one thing that ALL the parents have told me is that they experience a tremendous amount of isolation, loneliness and judgement. Many are tired of apologizing and explaining, they dread going to the school gate at the end of each day, worry about the impact on their marriage, the siblings and even sometimes the judgement of other family members.

Unfortunately, the journey of parenting a neurodivergent child is often met with a silence after diagnosis, leaving families feeling adrift. You want to do everything you can, but conventional advice often falls short, and trying to do the reseaarch on your own when you are stressed, tired and overwhelmed seems unrealistic. Even when you do find advice, it is often contradictory.

But it doesn’t have to be this way!

Welcome to Nourishing Neurodiversity. a vibrant, empathetic, positive online community created specifically for parents like you. Here, we bridge the gap between diagnosis and informed choices, offering evidence-based functional medicine insights and a heartfelt community where you can connect, learn and thrive together.

As a functional medicine practitioner, I can offer advice based on my 25 years of professional experience in natural healthcare, but that is nothing compared to the lived experience of other parents in your situation. So I am launching this community for us all to learn from each other.
