Depending upon your preference, you will either receive access to a a fully customizable digital meal planner that gives you recipes for 5 days of the week and even allows you to include leftovers from a previous meal. You can print out your grocery lists and even delete items that you already have at home. Of course you can print out any of the simple, family-friendly recipes and use them on an ad hoc basis if you prefer.

Alternatively, if you prefer to have printed guidelines about what to eat and what to avoid then you will be given the Institute for Functional Medicine guide showing you lists of foods to eat or avoid then you go ahead and create your own menu using that as a guideline.

Functional Testing
for Menopause

At Barefoot Medicine we test your body systems to ensure they are functioning optimally. in the case of menopause this means using urine and stool samples to measure hormone levels, your sleep cycle, digestion and metabolism.
